Shipping and Returns

If something you have ordered is not in stock, we will advise as to when we expect delivery and send it out as soon as we receive it.

Standard Delivery Charges (UK)

The shipping cost is based on the total cost and/or weight of the items ordered. The following is a guide to our shipping charges:

Groovy Mummy Returns/Exchange Policy

Groovy Mummy's customers have the right to cancel within seven days of their purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order within this timeframe, your payment will be refunded via Paypal or Worldpay. To cancel your goods before you receive them, please send an email to info@groovymummy.co.uk with your order number and details of your order. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the goods, please fill out the returns / exchange form below and send back your form and goods to Groovy Mummy's house.

If you wish to exchange your goods, we are happy to do so providing the item(s) are returned within 14 days in an unused and resaleable condition. If you wish to exchange any item(s) you can contact us via e-mail, by telephone or just send the item back to us in the post with a completed returns form (see below) with your proof of purchase with the details of what you would like to be sent in exchange.Please click here to open our returns/exchange form (word document). Print it out, fill it in and send it with the items you want to exchange to the address above.

You will be required to pay the postage to return the item(s) for exchange / returns and any postage to send out the replacement item(s). Groovy Mummy recommends that you send the item(s) back to us by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please Note: We cannot exchange used or customer-damaged goods (your statutory rights are not affected).
